Your booking, and payment - Policy Reminder

I'd like to remind you how important it is to make payment before the service is commenced. What happens to us is your dogs and I won't be covered by the insurance if you make payment after dropping off your dogs. I understand you may think your dogs are perfectly ok without the insurance, but what if your dogs have an accident, or what if your dogs unexpectedly bite other dogs without activating the insurance? Of course, we all will be in trouble! As it is refered to Mad Paws terms & condtions, "to qualify, the issue resulting in the claim must have occurred during a service that was booked and paid for via Mad Paws or Mad Paws Fetch before the start of the service."

Mad Paws or not, your payment must be made first, and then, you can drop off your dogs. Your dogs' entry will be refused if your payment cannot be confirmed.

Otherwise, please make payment on EFTPOS machine if you've directly booked my service on my website, or my Square booking page.
